Returns and Exchanges
To ensure all our customers have a great experience, we offer 30 day returns for a full refund. Items should be in an unused condition. If the returned items are not in a resalable "as new" condition a refund may not be possible. Any additional postage upgrades or surcharges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us to arrange the return and send the item(s) back within 30 days of purchase. We will be happy to help you.
Customers are responsible for the return postage. We strongly recommend that you return items using a tracked service and obtain proof of postage. Agri Parts UK Ltd will not accept liability for parcels lost in transit. Once the items are returned, please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your refund.
If you wish to exchange a product, the procedure will be the same. Just return the items and then a refund will be issued allowing you to purchase the correct product.
